How it All Started
As a newlywed in the 1970s, Lori Ann was determined to make her husband the perfect bread. Her first loaf was a hit and she continued to experiment with many recipes. She baked for her family and friends and they suggested for open up a bakery. She and her husband opened up a shop in 1975 and have 15 locations across Oregon state.
